We moved to TX from OH in October. We finally decided on a house we want to buy. we close in two weeks. It's a new house in a subdivision called Creekside in Crowley. We close in two weeks.

This website has been a tremendous help to us in our move. Thanks y'all!!!

The house we're getting is great and we like Crowley so far. the builder is Lennar. Has anyone heard anything good/bad about the builder or the subdivision?

I did a search at the better business bureau website for Lennar Homes and came up with this report (see link below).

It appears they have a good reputation and have been responsive to any complaints presented to the Better Business Bureau.

Hope this helps!

This subdivision is right down the road from me. Heard great things about it. The school in the subdivision is Bess Race Elementary. My kid goes there and she loves it. Good neighborhood. When you get here, kick back and enjoy small town living.

I HATE having old posts resurrected and most of the time I notice it is someone with minimal posting history...
