moving to Fort Worth (Northwest area) in June from Asheville, NC and totally excited about the move! Looking to find a great personal trainer, start at a gym and eventually go to in home once our house is built. Want to loose weight and a goal of completing the Austin Danskin Triathlon in June of 2009. Anyone know of a kick butt personal trainer who you would recommend to an overweight type A personality with a determined goal in mind? Thanks!

I go to a gym in west FW and have some friends who are PTs. One trains at my gym and another trains at his garage gym in the White Settlement area.

Forgot about this thread!

I ended up just signing up over at 24-Hour Fitness in NRH (off Rufe Snow by the Wal-Mart) and got training sessions there. My first one was this past Thursday, and so far I'm quite impressed. He put a hurtin' on me that's for sure - I couldn't even move this weekend *laugh*.
