I used to use my electric blower/vacuum on my .70 acre property. I blew the leaves onto tarp and dragged it into the woods.

Electric has been maintenance free and it's useful to blow the fertilizer pellets back onto the lawn. Those stray pellets are bad for the waterways where they wind up after the rain.

I would be scared of going anywhere near your sinkhole.
