My Brother in law told me he would never buy a metal shed again. It builds a lot of condensation and rusts out his tools and equipment.

We built ours (12x12) ourselves...

2x8 floor joists with plywood floor
2x4s for wall studs
T-111 siding and metal roofing.

It really wasn't that expensive, we got the siding from a local salvage place that sells pieces with slight cosmetic defects. It has held up fine for 10 years, although getting time for some new paint.
