Think I will wait til tomorrow to check. I know there are cherry tomatoes to pick, but that might be about all, plus, of course basil. Even my Rosemary isn't doing all that well, it is drowning.

I've been having my lonely 3 tomatoes in my face daily when I sit out on my patio they are taking forever to ripen. Well a few days ago they turned red! Waited another 3-4 days picked one had it sliced up on a plate it had no flavor. Wasn't quite all the way ripe it had green hard spot around the core so I'm waiting for the other 2 to get all the way ripe before picking.

Tomatoes! And DH picked some peppers and another eggplant yesterday. We made a couple of quarts of tomato sauce today, and canned that. I really need to do something with some of the peppers; I'm thinking about making salsa, and also perhaps pickling a few, maybe some pepper jelly. Saw a recipe for jalapeno-mint jelly that looks interesting.

It appears that the cukes are exhausted. We'll only get a few more of those.

Today will be a light day. For lunch, some scrumptious broccoli leaves and cilantro. For dinner, a few sprigs of parsley to brighten up my salad.

I am about to see if I can get just one or two more squash for dinner tonight. Then I think I will just pull the squash out. I was hoping to go to the farmers market today and pick some up, but hubby took a really bad tumble last night and didn't feel like walking around a farmers market so we will hit it next week.

Hope hubby recovers quickly!

We just pulled out the cukes, after picking the last few. The tomatoes are still going strong, and so are the peppers and eggplants.
