Does anyone know where I can purchase this grass seed in the District-Maryland-Virginia area?

I plan to reseed in a couple of weeks and would like to try a grass seed not sold in a box store. I chose this seed, because it's bred in the mid-Atlantic area by Rutgers University and is supposed to be more resistant to disease. Plus the grass is dark green and dense.

Totally recommend this type. I got a bag delivered to me in CT. Pete will ship anywhere.

Here is Pete's channel, the company that provides the seeds.

GCI has Falcon IV Tall Fescue blended into its mix. It is a fine textured grass. I prefer a thick bladed grass which is why I want to buy Falcon V.

I've watched Pete's YouTube channel over the past year and wonder if his beautiful lawn (as well as his neighbor's lawn) looks that way due more to his hard work than his grass seed. I'd like to see what others have done with his Tall Fescue grass seeds.
