Better from suckers, but you can try the seeds.
Here is explained how:

https://www.agric.wa.gov.au/minor-fr...gating-jujubes

https://growingfruit.org/t/growing-j...m-seed/13059/3

Just remember - jujube has extremely invasive root system with suckers looking for water that can extend 30' from the tree. Very damaging to house foundation, sprinkles and pipes. HOA won't approve it.

assuming that its brown ripe, you can try a cherry/olive pitter. Pretty slow. Never done it for jujubee. I just spit out the seed, a technique acquired as a child laborer picking cherries, food processor (I was a more careful in where I spit out the pits (industrial pitters work the same as a hand pitter), stone fruit orchardist.

A Cherry pitter is inexpensive available at the Big A, other online stores, and probably at your kitchen specialty store.

Do you mean easy to get the seed out so you can eat the fruit or easy to get out so you can plant the seed?

Costco was selling a small bag of dried jujubee. Can't remember exactly how much. Like over 20 bucks?
Grow your own if you have a big garden.

I think you misunderstood my question. I have lots of jujubee trees and I don't want to waste the fruit but I am having trouble finding an easy way to remove the seeds (they are pits like dates have).

I know all about propogating jujubee trees, I have a forest of them that I will be culling once the leaves fall off this fall.

Thanks. I never heard of a cherry pitter, but I will look for one. I don't want to eat all the jujubees, there are too many, I want to make jam or chutney or something with them. Probably try a lot of recipes once I get the pits out.

I mean easy to get the seeds out so I can make jam or something with them. I have too many to just eat them. When I do eat them I have not trouble spitting the pit out.
