Hello everyone. I'm seeking someone who needs their property taking care of for free rent. I can do all general construction work from electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, ect... It would be a huge blessing for both parties. Thanks guys!

Start by using the more common term for the work. LINK
And STOP referring to performing trade skill work
(that would be legally tenuous at best to hire any unlicensed person to do).

I've been a landlord and those kind of deals don't usually work out in the landlord s favor. If your labor is so valuable, get a job.

So basically, you are homeless? And willing to live anywhere?

Perhaps try to see if there are any housesitter services that need people; or house/pet sitting websites. That would secure some short term housing. But you will likely need references and be able to pass a felony or criminal background process. Still, I do have friends that travel and need petsitters about 3 weeks a year and use folks that do sitting consistently for lots of clients so they never need a place to live.
