My husband I planned on moving to NC by Halloween. (my original plan was this past spring). Because of the economy, my husband's company didn't open a new location and there have been no management openings in the current locations that are already there. Its so depressing.

Yes, we are in the same boat. Things are in a waiting pattern right now. It is depressing. We have a house that we'd need to sell before moving and that is also keeping us here. Hoping this election will go our way or we are in deep doodoo!

We do not own a house. Good Luck with selling your home. Yes, lets hope things change for the better after the election.

I can totally relate. We were suppose to be relocated the beginning of this summer. My husband was in the mortgage business and his company was one of the fatalities. So much for the big move! We are lucky that he found another job but it doesn't look like any company will be moving their employees until the economy settles down. Now my my one daughter has started her junior year and the other is a freshman so moving will be tough for awhile. Sad, I know.
