The record highs in July are all around 100 degrees. We almost always get at least 1 day of 100 degree weather every summer.

What I know is this: my DH works in IT/Telecom and says they are "always looking". His co does hire new graduates.

try Detroit, mild winters, lots of parks, theatres, resturaunts. but it still has a good amount of clubs.

Thanks for the input Jake1256, but I heard that Detroit is pretty dangerous compared to other states, on the crime rankings.
