Wow, that's interesting Pittnurse70, that far up north, I wouldn't think that you'll get summers in the 90's. Thank you for your the information, I will think of considering Denver now, as a place to go.

The record highs in July are all around 100 degrees. We almost always get at least 1 day of 100 degree weather every summer.

Hello Pittnurse70, do you know how the entry level computer job market is up there. I have to take that into consideration as well. I have an Associate in computer networking, and need to get my career going. Thanks.

What I know is this: my DH works in IT/Telecom and says they are "always looking". His co does hire new graduates.

try Detroit, mild winters, lots of parks, theatres, resturaunts. but it still has a good amount of clubs.
