Boston-Edison has or had it's share and the same with the Villages(Indian and East English). I think Rosedale Park is still alright.

Sad but true.
The Wayans Brothers were trying to build a movie studio in Oakland a while back and I went to a mixer they were at. Anyway the 2 younger ones(forgot their names) were telling me how they couldnt believe that Oakland had so many "Huxtable" like Black folks. LOL.
