That's an interesting perpective. Is there some sort of appeal that land locked plains have over mountains or beaches/coastal areas that you can elaborate?

Beach.

Mountains are something that I'm willing to take a road trip to see, but living near the ocean is just so special. I could care less about the quality of the water or the beach.
