I like visiting cities. I prefer affluent suburban with ocean and lots of greenspace with an NFL city an hour, preferably via public transportation. Given the reality of my net worth as I approach retirement, I'm in a less affluent area than I lived most of my working life and I'm beyond that hour public transportation radius to the NFL city.
Even if you have legit gripes about city life, if you dislike city living, move to the country where everyone's all in your business, residents are racist and you have to commute to the nearest city for entertainment or shopping, let alone work. (let's be honest, small town citizens tend to be very prejudice as opposed to the city)
