Texas. Just something about the shape seems so iconic and stand alone.

I like OK the best, cause it looks like a hand pointing West. Illinois is also unique, but I'm biased there.

I like the way that Virginia and North Carolina are almost like reflections of each other.

I like the way Hawaii looks like a string of pearls or some sort of fancy brooch.

I like Louisiana's "L."

But most of all I like the shape of Texas!

Coolest shapes: Oklahoma, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nevada, Montana (gotta love that prominent schnoz), Vermont, Maine.

Un-coolest shapes: Nebraska, Iowa, Florida, Missouri, New Jersey, Florida, Mississippi (they're just frigging weird-lookin').

Washington has a neat shape due to it's coastline, Puget Sound, and the fact that the Columbia River makes up most of its southern border. It also includes a tiny piece of land dropping below the 49th parallel from Canada (Point Roberts, Washington). All the islands too.

I've always thought Nebraska looked kind of funny.

Looks almost like a cannon or a baritone musical instrument.

The shape of Maryland is just ridiculous.

Florida, looks phallic, NH and Vermont look like they are going at eachother in a certain naughty position. (yes I just went there).

South Carolina! It's shaped like a fat piece of pie with part of the crust broken off and already eaten. That's where I'm from and that's how I eat pie.

Yeh, Maryland's shape is weird.

I like Idaho, Nevada, California, Texas, Florida, and Mass with that Cape Cod hook
