I thought this was pretty interesting. Denver, Seattle and Houston lead the pack followed by Dallas, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Phoenix and Philadelphia.

These cities do seem very much like where millenials are going-of course the raw numbers are still there for NYC and LA too. In terms of raw increase the largest are NYC, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Philadelphia.

Cities like Boston are a bit of a surprise but it was already pretty mature in terms of the College educated population. Atlanta seems surprising though.
