Oh yeah, I missed that one. I live around a 15-minute walk from there. It's not bad. Has a coffeeshop, neighborhood market, bakery, bar, 5 restaurants (Italian, Belgian, Thai, Japanese, and brunch) and a few random other businesses (yoga, clothing store, hair salon, laundromat, day care, tailor, auto body, etc).
My own business district is still pretty lame sadly. We have
a decent neighborhood bar which serves food, and a
coffee shop. Just recently
a sewing studio and a fabric store moved into this storefront. But besides that the business district is full of hair salons, random small offices, and vacant storefronts.
