Although i dont know for sure but im willing to bet that most subdivisions in Santa Fe have latin names, since pretty much everything does in the city.
Colorado Springs: Cheyenne. Because of Cheyenne Mountain, where the NORAD complex used to be housed. Many subdivisions will have "Cheyenne" in their names.

It was tradition to have only Spanish names in Santa Fe. There are many English names as well, but the majority are Spanish.
Dale Bellamah was a famous builder in Albuquerque in the 1950s and '60s. He built the Princess Jeanne subdivision in Albuquerque (named after his wife) and when he started building in Santa Fe he built a subdivision called Princesa Juana, which is the Spanish translation.
There are plenty of subdivisions and neighborhoods in Albuquerque as well which feature Spanish names: La Mirage, Vista del Mundo, Monte Largo, Piedras Marcadas, Rancho Caballeros, Presidio, Vecinos del Bosque, etc.
There are some which feature both Spanish and English as well: Iron Horse at El Rancho Grande, Canon de Arrowhead.
That last one is an apartment community, but I included it because I've always thought it's a ridiculous name. It reminds me of when a Hispanic woman marries an Anglo man and tries to keep the old Spanish naming tradition alive with a name that ends up something like: Maria Conchita Ortiz y Pino de Miller.
