Agreed, as should Bend, OR. And I may be a little biased, but things are looking good here in Bellingham, WA as well. 9 or 10 breweries in a small town- most within walking/biking distance of another, with several on the way. I've heard Anaheim is taking off with the craft beer scene recently. 8 breweries and counting! Fitting since Anaheim was founded by Germans back in the 1800's.
