In my travels, I've visited many cities and towns. I have been to a lot of bigger cities, as well as some beautiful small towns. In general, I would pick my favorite from a city/town that has more than one thing to offer. The question isn't asking where you'd want to live, but where you've been that you'v simply enjoyed.

I do have a short list of places I've visited I'd pick from to be my favorite -
Honolulu, HI
San Antonio, TX
Las Vegas, NV

Of these, it's Honolulu. The deciding factor for me is having Waikiki Beach right there. I love the casino scene even though I'm not a big gambler, and loved the River Walk and San Antonio in general.

I liked Alexandria and Roanoke and Charlottesville Virginia.

Moab Utah, the mountain biking capital of the world, is pretty cool. has bit of a college town vibe.

Nooga is worth a visit if only for Lookout Mountain and Rock Garden.

If I could just choose exactly where I wanted to live without considering economic and family issues, I'd choose Yorktown, VA.

Another city I really like a lot is Springfield, MO.

I also really like Wimberley, TX and that's a possibility down the line.

I enjoyed San Antonio. I am not a city person at all, but I could probably live there for a while if I had a job that paid enough for me to enjoy it.

I'd move to Louisville or Providence in a heartbeat.

I love Los Angeles and Houston, but I don't think I could live in either.
