The real answer is "none" because Cubans make up 36.4% of Miami-Dade's population, and in the past made up even more of the population before the rest of Latin America started migrating to Miami, while Indians are super dispersed and still a fast growing population.

However, here's what I scrounged up.

US Counties with Asian Indian populations 6.0% and above (2017)

Middlesex County, NJ: 16.7% Asian Indian
Somerset County, NJ: 10.7% Asian indian
Santa Clara County, CA: 9.5% Asian Indian
Loudoun County, VA: 9.1% Asian Indian
Fort Bend County, TX: 8.3% Asian Indian
Alameda County, CA: 8.0% Asian Indian
Hudson County, NJ: 7.4% Asian Indian
Collin County, TX: 7.1% Asian Indian
Queens County, NY: 6.5% Asian Indian

Otherwise, the dominance is probably more localized than most other ethnic groups.

Pretty safe to say the Bay Area fits the bill.

Just remembered - the area around Sacramento has a South Asian (mostly Punjabi) community dating back to the 1900s.

Completely random and fairly small area, but I think Morrisville NC is approaching Indian being the largest racial group in the town. Between there and Cary, there is a rather large Indian ethnoburb going on. Lots of Bollywood and other Indian cinema to choose from at theatres, and restaurants everywhere. Dominant would be too strong a word, but the RTP has been a large magnet.

Nowhere is it really dominant.

In parts of Middlesex county they're a narrow majority. The same is the case for Valley Ranch, Irving, TX.

Elsewhere (including Queens, NY and much of the South Bay of the Bay Area), they might be a majority in small neighborhoods, but there are too many other groups that have a large presence for Indians to be dominant.

They're in the 25-40% range in many outer suburban areas- including parts of Loudoun County, VA, Forsyth County, GA, Fort Bend County, TX, Morrisville, NC.

Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, MD. Eventually Howard County could be there too.

Richmond-Sugar Land-Missouri City area especially- Aliana, New Territory, Telfair and Riverstone neighborhoods seem to be the most Asian.
