Besides the obvious NYC, SF and LA there's DC with nearly 200K (mostly Lebanese and Syrian). Michigsn has always been a magnet (especially in cities like Detroit,Saginaw and Flint) with around 500K in population state-wide.
Seems like some are making good guesses and others are making poor guesses. Here is the actual answer. In short NYC and Detroit are by far number one and two and no other place comes close:

I don't know the population number estimates, but there is a decent presence of Middle Easterners in the Westchester (NY) and Fairfield (CT) counties. They appear to be mostly Lebanese. Many also have businesses with very obvious Middle Eastern names or the clearly say the are for example "restaurant specializing in Middle Eastern food" or "Arabic food."
For example, there is a very popular local food chain specializing in Middle Eastern food called Layla Falafel (no connection) and they seem to have mostly Lebanese food. I think the founders and owners are either Lebanese or of Lebanese descent. These places are found in several areas in Fairfield County, Connecticut. You can search for them online and something will come up.

It's a little more complex. The census says Arab Americans, and there are 2.09M Arab Americans. HOWEVER that undercounts by as many as 1.7M, Persians are not Arabic but are Middle Eastern. Same with Kurds, Turks, Egyptians, and Cypriots. Iran, Turkey, and Egypt are the three largest countries in the Middle East and none are Arabic.
Once you look at metros it changes a little bit: Metro Detroit is the largest population, followed by NYC Metro then LA and SF. Before counting SF, a full 33% of Arab Americans live in Detroit, NYC or LA.
But by state, it's California, Michigan, New York. More than 66% of Arab Americans live in those 3, Florida, Texas, NJ, IL, OH, PA, and VA.

His question was whether you are just counting Arab countries because the Middle East includes a few non-Arab countries as well.
It’s foreign born MENA countries. It won’t count places like Pakistan, Turkey, or Iran.
