The list shows "Tuscan", which I am pretty sure should be listed as Tucson, AZ. I lived in Tucson for part of the time from 2017-2021 and saw prices go up rapidly as lots of people moved there from California (where I am originally from). Home prices in the nicer areas just outside of Tucson are well above $400K now, and many areas inside the city limits have prices not much under $400K.

The OP's list is generally good and doesn't seem too far from what I would have expected.
