According to this, Atlanta is at $400K for the median sold home price. The median listing price is $429K.

408 K for a house is absurd. 80 grand for a down payment if you go 20%. Ridiculous.

Interesting that homes cost more in Bakersfield than Fresno. Fresno seems like the better of the two options, but Bakersfield is only 110 miles from downtown LA.

California real estate website usually has fresno county above kern.
Ive only seen redfin have kern higher and i dont think it happens often.
