Climatology, if you're going to live outdoors/sustain yourself would you choose Boston or Minneapolis? Economics of course is another key factor.

I'm a bit skeptical about the homeless figures. According to the federal government, I am homeless because I am living with a relative in the relative's house and not living in my own house. Their definition of "homeless' is pretty broad.
