How do you think people dress when going out at night in places like New York, LA, Seattle, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, etc.?

Of course they do. I think a regions climate varies peoples fashions most of all.

It was 6 degrees in St. Louis last night. If anyone went out, they probably looked like they were going to a ski resort.

People will dress differently going out at night in different parts of one city. There are districts that cater to different crowds so people will dress differently. In the northeast at least. When I go further south, everything seems to mesh together.
