Thats a hard one but theres several great cities in CA namely Beverly Hills and La Jolla. I would want to live on the west coast

House on the beach in Malibu, Newport Beach or Oceanside... CA.

Although Hawaii would be tempting, I'm not sure if I could live there just yet... maybe in 20-30 years time.

La Jolla is nice...but I don't care for Beverly Hills myself
