Using tables from the latest Census stats, we can see which cities are attracting the most people.

There are essentially two components to the growth rate of an area: natural increase (births vs. deaths) and net in-migration (more people moving in than moving out).

Some interesting migration patterns are found.

It's fascinating how the cities with the biggest domestic out-migration have the biggest international in-migration. I wonder what about these places is attractive to immigrants but unattractive to native Americans, and likewise what is interesting about the in-migration cities to Americans that is not as interesting to immigrants.

I agree. I was pretty surprised to see that. So places like NYC, Miami, LA and Chicago are becoming much more international. While I can see many benefits to that, as an educator I can also understand what a nightmare that creates for public schools who then have to spend a small fortune on interpreters and ESL instructors.

Im surprised that there were 3 SC cities on that list, Why are so many people moving to SC?

Relatively inexpensive cost of living

Yes, the people here are fake.
