As much as I love Colorado, I would probably move somewhere in North California. It has everything, mild seasons, the ocean, mountains, lots of nature. Traveling through california would keep me busy enough, lots to see and do.

I wouldnt invest in any other states, I would buy more property in other countries.

I'd stay in NJ and buy a brownstone in Hoboken and a beach front property in Cape May.
