Rhode Island if you want some snow, but not too cold. What most people who do not live in a snowy winter environment do not realize is that when it snows the air actually feels warmer (it insulates the ground as well-your heating costs will be lower with a snowy winter then with one that is just cold).
Anyone who didn't vote for Dallas has something stuck in their brain. Dallas gets almost no snow, we get it like 1-5 times a year, most of the time not accumulating. Our lows are usually between the low 30's and high 40s. and our highs 30s to low 70s.
I sometimes wish we had more snow.
This shouldn't be a pride thing, Charlotte is an inland city near mountains and at a significantly higher latitude then Dallas. Dallas wins by a landslide although I'm not sure if I'm 100% proud of that. This isn't LA, and the heat can be unbearable unless you are from wayyyy inland LA then it shouldn't be that bad...
I'd have to say from the list that you've given that either Dallas or Charlotte would easily top the rest.
