The view from my house is boring. Just a front yard in a suburban neighborhood. But this is a picture I took of the view from my grandparents home in San Diego when I was there in 2005. Back when crappy 3.0 mega pixel digital camera's were considered good.

My dream is to have a nice view of a snow-covered hill or mountain to the east (similar to the view Verseau has). Unfortunately, I don't have any nice views at the moment.

My profile photo shows a view of a February sunrise from my back door. I so agree with the OP's comment about a good view making living quarters better. That would not be good if I didn't have a long-range view.
