San Francisco skyline from Dumbarton Bridge connecting Fremont and East Palo Alto: 24.93 mi as the crow flies

In theory, you might be able to see it from the Pacific Ocean from 50 or more miles out, but I can't find any photos showing this.

You can see the arch on a clear night atop Hidden Valley ski in Wildwood MO. I posted earlier I thought this was 26 miles as the crow flies. I think this is about the furthest you can see it. I have taken pictures but it is not as clear as seeing it in person.

I'm pretty sure Kingda Ka still holds the record for world's tallest roller coaster.

A little hazy, but you can see them both in this gif: https://imgur.com/Cl55e2V

This is excellent! Been looking for a pic like this for a long time to show it was legit.

If there are no clouds, you can see downtown San Diego and the Coronado Bridge and ocean in the back drop from 55 miles away. From the top of Mt Laguna Observatory (6K feet) in East San Diego County.

Default 75 mile view to Toronto

From how far away can you see your skyline??-cn-tower-74-miles-away.png
45 degree, cool and clear morning. Closer to Pennsylvania than Toronto from this spot.

This is great! as a city/skyline nerd, I've told numerous people about this and have never been able to prove it. Now it's "real."

If DC/Baltimore had 7-800’ buildings you be able to see the others skyline on clear days

You should technically be able to see the Washington Monument from the top of the TransAmerica building and vice versa, but elevation between the two cities prevents it
