What's ludicrous about providing fresh, clean, unpolluted water for the citizens? That powerplant at Juliette is dumping out coal ash and wherever they store it has most likely has contaminated the wells in the area.

Scherer when it is shut down in 20 years will end up being a superfund cleanup site. Really sad to see what is happening down there.
