Getting excited and a bit scared but will be looking into Cumming Canton and Woodstock area .bEEN TRYING TO GET THIS TOGETHER FOR ABOUT A YEAR OR MORE NOW MY HUBBY WILL RETIRE IN dEC. so I guesss will be ready to buy a home .I will check out area around Vickery I know the schools our good in that area so I hope this all works out and were happy in our new area. I am a member of the y so I can make new friends there I sure will be ok . and one know anyother areas we might want to check out I do need to live near stores and a hospital tks in advance

Why Cumming, Canton and Woodtock? Sounds like you are moving further out from Atlanta to retire? What are you looking for in a home? Price range?

Not a troll ! Really were thinking of a few place like many others when it time to retire you like to be sure .Were from Philly but moved to Fl so I was thinking closer to home but when i THINK ABOUT THE SNOW IT PUTS ME IN GA. I was thinking of thoses areas because we looked up there a few times and I liked it there .Were looking in the 300,000 to 350,000 range Not to big and a master on the first floor

We got a huse in fl again . But tks anyway I really was scared and I would miss the beaches .
