Although I am disappointed to hear that these is going up on the NE side, what about the Ada folks??

I am looking forward to these centers, I'd like to get involved, if anyone knows how, please let me know. I grew up in Ada, spent 10 years in Seattle, Austin (been around the world) and have some strong opinions on the economic windfall related to better shopping centers. Long live good shopping - and please keep it open on Sunday - I know that is really hard for GRR peeps.
Most of Ada is on the "Northeast" side (North of Fulton), and within 10 minutes of 3 Mile and East Beltline. If you haven't been in that area lately, it has grown so much there is now a third school district within Forest Hills called Forest Hills Eastern, with two new elementary schools, a Spanish Immersion elementary, and a new high school and middle school campus near Knapp & Pettis.

Pretty much everything is open on Sundays, except a few holdouts.

That picture with the pond and Town Hall in the background is NOT The Woodlands. It is Southlake Town Square, which is much much more authentic. Southlake Town Square is a true downtown, and not just a shopping center like Market Street. For those of you who don't know about Southlake, the median income is 180K+ and has been ranked as "America's Richest City" by Forbes.
