So, living and working in the deep south I happen to work and associate with a lot of southerners, rednecks, and good old country boys. I have had a subscription to Time Magazine for awhile now, and somehow it came up that one of my coworkers said that it wasn't as well known or as popular as "Field & Stream". I asked, "What is that?" because I had never heard of it...he was pretty appalled. Apparently it's a major hunting/fishing/outdoors magazine? The people I have talked to about it say it is very popular, but I don't really see it being more popular or more well known than Time Magazine. So I'd like you to weigh in and tell me which one is more well known or popular and why.
Be as it may, they are both large magazines. I don't think Time really has an equal or anything close when it comes to news and current events. There used to be Newsweek, but they no longer exist.
