One big issue for first world countries is that for so many when it comes to having a replacement population they are losing the battle in racial makeup, two big reasons is for 1st world countries obviously having 5-10 kids isn't necessary or ideal, and another is all the immigrants that countries bring in.
Now as far as having immigrants coming over isn't necessarily a bad thing, for many between that and the low replacement rate of those native to said countries long-term it brings obvious issues. I have heard before that one day we will all be just brown people, which is extremely ironic considering this just helps to destroy diversity.
But for obvious reasons real poor countries breed much more than developed countries thus quite the imbalance. So really is there anything that can really be done about this or in a few thousand years will no matter where in the world you are most everyone will have the same looks?
Third worlders make a country third world. This means that this country will become third-world one day if continue to have ever-increasing numbers of third worlders in inhabiting it.
Here's the question I need answered before I can answer the OPs question. How is HE defining 3rd and 1st world? And follow up, why is 2nd world not really a thing we talk about?
Based on dictionary and historical definitions of these terms, the US will always be a first world country. It's impossible for us not to be based purely on what the proper definition of 1st world is.

2nd world was the old communist bloc. 3rd world was the non-aligned countries. These terms are Cold War relics.
The continent with the greatest genetic diversity is: Africa. There are thousands of ethnic groups in Africa, and hundreds of African languages and dialects. There are vast cultural differences within African societies. The OP has an odd way of defining "diversity".

High birth rates in rich countries wasn't an issue until a couple generations ago. At some point you run out of resources to maintain the same lifestyle your parents had. Religion also played a role as all religions encourage reproduction. I think low fertility rates are a combination of falling incomes (plus needing large amounts of student loan debt to achieve the same income), a post religious society, and a culture of hedonism that emphasizes enjoying pleasures today with no thought of future societal consequences.

Improvements in modern medicine has also allowed people to plan the number of children they have without the worry that one or two or none of their children will make it to adulthood alive. Furthermore, many people do not want to go through multiple pregnancies and raising Duggar style homes. Modern countries are by and large service oriented and technology driven (which means you don't need 20 people to finish the job). There is also the higher cost of living (in particular the high cost of real estate), high cost of higher education (in countries like the US especially) and the general high cost of goods vs income.

So how do you explain the massively low birth rates in the wealthiest countries? Japan, South Korea, the Nordic countries, and Germany are far below replacement rate. Other than the United States which has a higher birth rate than the others on that list, nobody has student loan debt. The Nordic countries are largely socialist. They're not hedonist capitalists fixated on discretionary spending. I basically see no data that would support your assertion.

By our government Italians and Irish were never considered non-white, and rightful so, considering real Italians and Irish are white.
