I dont care for social networking sites, I dont need to update people every 10 minutes whats going in my life.

It's a lot like Facebook, but without applications.

I joined over a year ago and never used it. "Microblogging" has its uses but does not appeal that much to me.
But then, that's how I feel about watching television, too.

I actually like social networking; as with anything, moderation is probably a good idea.

I agree with The One here:

Apparently plenty of Iranians were tweeting about the protesters after their recent elections, and that's partly how the word was instantly getting out.
