An architect in Britain, who had the contract to design a new school, asked the students what kinds of designs were important to them. One of the most often suggestions was "fewer places for bullies to hide". Maybe the design of our school buildings makes it too easy for bullies to operate out of view of authorities, and that should be taken into account when designing schools.
