What are the best indoor and outdoor/beach volleyball leagues in the Winston-Salem area? Bar leagues are fine as I enjoy having a beer after the game.

Note: by "best leagues" I mean well run leagues with several levels of competition. I tend to be a B level player...not good enough to play against ex-college players and the like, but quite a bit better than picnic volleyball. I prefer coed 4s and 6s.

Sorry, I don't know of anything in Winston but Sportscenter Triad in High Point has decent indoor and outdoor leagues (or they were when I played a few years ago), but it is in High Point. There is also a Tuesday night co-ed indoor pickup game at Pleasant Garden Baptist, which has various levels of skill.
