My husband and I are relocating to W-S in August, and we are starting to look at housing options. We are interested in renting for at least the first year, but we are flexible in terms of rental type (apartment vs condo/townhouse vs house). Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent to help us in this search? We are going to be visiting the area towards the end of the month and have lined up appointments to look at the apartment buildings downtown, but do not want to limit ourselves to just those buildings (though we would like to stay within walking distance of downtown). Thanks for any advice you may be able to provide, and hello to all our new neighbors!
I'm assuming he also works with Winston-Salem as well, but Jack Bailey with "Help You Sell" was GREAT for my wife and I. In fact, I am in the process of selling my house in VA, and he's giving me advice. Great man who is honest and very knowledgeable. He works out of the Greensboro, NC area.
