Is $25 to much for Valet waste service at apartment/townhouse? (Greensboro: live in, pricing)

I live in Greensboro and pay $25/month for my valet waste service at my apartment. Is this to much or close to average pricing for this service?

I guess it depends if you think it's worth it not to walk to the dumpster yourself.

Typically, the fee is required to be paid whether one uses the service or not.
