I second the Bianca's recommendation. Plus, can't forget Yum Yum's, Green Valley Grille, & Stamey's (all in G'boro)
I lived in Greensboro until I was eight when we moved to Mt. Airy and MAN do I miss Yum Yum's and Stamey's! Good memories growing up. (Might have to make the trip down there just for some Stamey's)
Is there a cookout there? we ate at one near Raleigh It was great!
You mean in Greensboro? Oh heck yeah! That is best D****d burger I ever ate in my LIFE. Gosh! I just wish they'd print a menu or put it on the internet or something so I didn't have to block traffic every time I went with my squinty little eyes that need better glasses. *chuckle*
they have backyard burgers in FL I figured it must be like Cook out boy was I disapointed! The cookout tastes like the old charcoal broiled burger from growing up!
Same in Greensboro, located on Walker Avenue.
I got an average egg salad sandwich for....drum roll...$7.00!! Rip-off city!
The pizza place across the street is awesome though...Sticks and Stones, DEE-licious!

I think I had seen in this thread (I don't feel like checking at the moment) where someone had suggested Mario's Pizza on Wendover (near Circuit City). My family and I went there Saturday night. It was pretty good. We like Pizzeria L'Italiano better, but whenever we don't feel like going downtown for pizza, we'll go to Mario's or Brixx.
