mothers morning out (Greensboro, Jamestown, Salem: preschool, living in, garden)

We are new to the area, currently living in Jamestown, minutes from Greensboro. My daughter will be attending kindergarden but I am desperately searching for a mothers morning out program for my 3 year old....to no avail!!! Prefer Christian-based but at this point anything will do! Please help if you have any suggestions!

Hmm I'm not sure what you mean by a mother's morning out for your three year old...but if you belong to a church there are many active programs. I think the Presbyterians tend to be very community active. Try there?

Also, you could try looking on www.meetup.com (broken link) for some Mom groups. I know there is one in Greensboro and there's another basedin W-Salem. I think the W-S one has more stuff to do, but it's really more about who you meet and click with.

My daughter is 3 now and really should be going to some kind of preschool (I thought Kindergarten started at age 5), so if you have recommendations on that part, I'm all ears!!!

Most Methodist Churchs have a mother's day out/preschool for 2 to 4 year olds. I'm sure there are some in your area!

Mother's morning out is basically the same as preschool...they just start earlier if the parent wishes. In GA, we could put them in as early as 1 year for 9-12 two days a week. I've found 4 churches and will update with any results...
