A small shopping center that will include Gamestop and Mattress Firm. There will be four tenant spaces in all with two leased currently.

Nah, that was Mattress Smart. Mattress Firm is currently located at Greenridge in front of Lowe's. Not sure if this is a relocation but I wouldn't be suprised if it is.
Does Greenridge need to redo some math on their lease rates? They already lost Verizon. Before you know it, Buffalo Wild Wings will end up in the old Indigo Joe's location.
I've never seen so many dang mattress stores in my life before I moved here from Illinois. Why do you think that is?
The furniture stores want a lot of money for mattress and box springs. I think the lady told me $800 just for the bedding for a full size? Perhaps these stores fill a niche - people who just need bedding, people who don't have a lot of furniture but need a bed, people who want quality bedding at a discount to the furniture stores which are just marking up what the mattress stores get from the same supplier...
We have used them when we just needed to add a bed to a bedroom but not a furniture set.
