Downtown Hotel? (Greenville, Hampton: price, move to, suites)

We will be in Greenville next month to scout areas to move to. Can anyone here recommend a nice centrally located hotel downtown?

Westin Poinsett-4 diamond hotel. The best in the upstate by far.
Hyatt Regency-Recently remodeled rooms. Very nice.
Hampton Inn and Suites Riverplace-Very urban and excellent spot next to the Reedy River. I personally recommend this one, because it is cheaper than the Hyatt and Westin.
Holiday Inn Express-Nice, mid-priced motel located just off Main Street.

You may wish to consider the Greenville Hilton, which is not too far from downtown via I-385, in case the others are booked when you plan to visit.
