When I was in Greenville I had a hard time finding Pilates. I found lots of Yoga though. And I am also looking for a good personal trainer. I don't want to have to join a gym though.

Any ideas?

My daughter was in town and took a yoga class at the place next to Whole Foods on Woodruff that just opened up a couple months ago - she said it was the nicest yoga studio she's ever been in. But, two doors over from there I noticed a new place that appears to be a one-on-one personal training place, sorry, I can't remember the name, but I'm sure if you Google the Whole Foods, you can find out what else is in that center. Also, have to say, that WF is the nicest one I've ever been in - they even have a nut roasting area - never saw that before in any WF.

We've used DJ Jordan, a certified personal trainer, in the past, and he's great. He's trained several contestants from Biggest Loser. He's got one-on-one training as well as boot-camp style training. He works out of Maximum Fitness on Woodruff Road. The gym DJ uses is next door to a Pilates studio as well.

His website isn't the best, but it's got some contact information: http://www.fitnesstrainerdjjordan.com/

Best of luck to you!

I have seen a pilates studio on Woodruff Road. But don't have any personal experience with the people or facilities. It is called 'Pilates Moves Studio'.

Other pilates options I found online in addition to the ones mentioned earlier:
