We are looking at a house near Heritage Park (Heritage Point Neighborhood) in Simpsonville. We love the park, any recommendations or reasons to not buy here?

Let me mention one reason you may not enjoy that area. You will hear every concert even if you do not wish to hear it. I have heard some people complaining about some groups and the 4 letter words being "sung". As a life long resident of Simpsonville I agree that Heritage Park is a treasure.
