ate at Sunny Point Cafe last year - quality food (FTT), fresh, very reasonable prices, and great service - I can't think of an equivalent to SPC in the Upstate

Stax Omega. Visited in October and it was some the best breakfast I have ever had, anywhere...

I truly enjoy "The Wink Cafe" located in Greer on S. Poinsett.
This is a local business, with local recipes, and great prices. Southern hospitality at its finest.
My young teenage friend say that it was $3.00 for a pancake and thought she could eat two... NOPE! They are as big as the moon- fluffy and thick. Definitely a great place.

Default The Hungry Drover ( TR )

Ate here a couple of times. Good wholesome food, reasonably priced. JMHO.

Tandem in TR is good if you like crepes. And they have delicious coffee too. Nice, bright space although there is usually a wait on weekends.

Coming to downtown in the near future:

1) Diner 24 on Coffee Street.
Diner 24 will be Greenville’s first 24-hour diner with ’50s-style décor, jukeboxes on the tables and sparkly booths in the former Charlie’s Steakhouse location on Coffee Street. Diner 24 is expected to open in late summer 2016.

2) Biscuit Head
In addition to their signature cat-head biscuits, the restaurant specializes in homemade gravies, jams and hot sauces. Along with many other accolades, Food & Wine magazine recognized Biscuit Head in as one of the best places for biscuits in America. With two successful locations in Asheville, the corner of Church and University Ridge location will mark Biscuit Head’s debut in Greenville.
