Jo Ann's Fabrics should be opening next door. Both are filling the space left behind by Circuit City.

Burke's is an outlet store. Their stores are not that big.

One thing I will keep an eye on is Haverty's property. Realigning its driveway to fit in with a signalized intersection will obviously help traffic and increase property value. When you add sites previously occupied by Arby's and Wendy's to it, you get workable space to attract new dining options, etc. Am I implying Haverty's should relocate? Unless they want a bigger and contemporary showroom in a more prominent location, they could. They relocated their Asheville, North Carolina store within the past two to three years.

Jo Ann's Fabrics has been open for months but next to that you have two open spaces being working on one of them for Burkes but whats the other one for, something else is a foot.

The space between Burkes and the restaurant is very small.

Teavana, a tea specialty store, interests me. I love to have various mixtures of sweet and green tea.
