What Happened To The Peanut Guy on Wade Hampton? (homes, landlord)

Wasn't til I moved here did I try boiled peanuts and learned that I liked them. Really enjoyed the peanut guy on Wade Hampton and Rutherford Rd. Drove past this evening and the cart is gone. Any idea why it closed down? Can anyone recommend another place similar. I would stop there with anyone who came in from out of town that liked, or wanted to try, boiled peanuts.

Maybe the property has changed hands recently and/or the landlord denied permission to continue use of roadside stands.

I know what was Tower Homes offices next door is being reconfigured for a dentistry practice and some other offices.
